To our valued Rentaland clients,
Given the circumstance we have encountered with the COVID 19 and the public concern we want you know we understand that contingency plans may be considered.
For our clients with orders confirmed within the next few months, if you are still moving forward we will be servicing your event. For those who are considering postponing their event all monies paid will be held for up to 12 moths towards the new event date. This will be pending availability for delivery and equipment based on previously scheduled events. Our regular cancellation policy still applies for any cancelled events.
Please stay in touch with your event designer directly to plan ahead any logistics or changes you wish to make on your event dates.
Located in South Orlando, Rentaland Tents and Events is a family owned and operated company that was founded in 1995 by the Williams Family.
As a full service event rental company, we have a large inventory of items for any event, indoors or outdoors. Our tents, draping, tent lighting, and dance floors can be used for high end weddings or corporate receptions, birthday parties, or family reunions. Our banjo pipe and drape can be used to build vendor booths for expos and tradeshows.
We can custom design a wedding backdrop, or even wrap an entire room starting at 10’ tall all the way up to 18’ tall, in any color with our satin finished pipe and drape. With our variety of chairs, tables, chargers, flatware, stemware, and elegant tablecloths, we can complete your vision!

Everything went very well, and the Rentaland team that came out was amazing. The guys that set everything up wasted no team in completing the construction of the tents.
We ran into logistical issues at the start of the event, as the UCF Police Department informed me we could not leave the tents there overnight at the last minute. I called the guys who came out in the morning, and they wasted no time in contacting someone who could help us out. The two guys that came out after the event to pick up the tents really did save us a lot of trouble. If we ever need tents in the future, I will waste no time giving Rentaland a call.
I’d love to get each of the guys that came out Saturday night a gift card. If you could find out their names, I could drop them off at your office sometime next week, as it is on my way to work.
