Some orders may require a refundable security deposit.

 

Customers who are not on account in good standing with Rentaland Tents and Events will be required to pay a nominal down payment to confirm order and balance must be paid prior to receiveing items unless other arrangements have been made in advance and in writing.

 

Customers may pickup and return items rented to Rentaland Tents and Events warehouse or our staff will deliver, setup, or pickup for a fee.

 

Delivery and pickup by Rentaland Tents and Events staff scheduled before or after regular business hours will be charged an additional overtime fee.

 

All items delivered have been checked and counted, please verify when delivered, and will be checked and counted when returned back to Rentaland Tents and Events staff.

 

Customer is responsible for all missing or damaged items. Linen with wax usually cannot be cleaned due to the oil in the candle wax bonding to the material in the linen. This will result in a replacement charge for the damaged linen and will be paid by customer when linen is returned to Rentaland Tents and Events. If the wax and oil can be removed the replacement charge minus a cleaning fee will be immediately refunded back to the customer. Determination of satisfactory removal of wax and oil is solely that of Rentaland Tents and Events Management. To reduce risk of damage to linen when using candles we recommend mirrors or other item under candles to avoid candle wax dripping on linen.

 

All food service items (china, glassware, silverware, chafers, hot boxes) must be returned free of food to avoid an additional cleaning charge.

 

Rental prices are for 1-3 days out. Extended rentals receive a multi-day discount rate.
